I have been suffering from a rolling hernia on the end of my stomach for more than 40 years. My stomach has been projecting into my oesophagus, and basically becoming one with it. I have suffered ulcers all the way up my throat and into my vocal chords, as my stomach acid surges up without any barrier to stop it. I have also suffered many chest infections as the acid spills into my lungs and corrodes them.
